Don’t know how well they are for overclocking, but hey, they work and they’re cheap. Actually, past tense, since ram prices have quadrupled since I’ve bought them.
I just upgrade my 64-bit system to 8 Gigs of RAM with these sticks and I have had no problems whatsoever. Windows 7 rated my memory speed at 7.1 out of a possible 7.9 after I installed the 4 new sticks. I opted to not go with the DDR3 because I couldn’t justify the extra price for just a little bit more gain in speed.
